How to Use: 

Use this to finish up or touch up for base makeup. Turn the container upside down with a puff placed on the inner lid (press the puff with fingers so that it will not fall off).

Then, adjust the amount of powder on the puff using the back of a hand and apply to the face as if drawing circles lightly over the skin.
