A balm-like serum contains Rice Power® no.11+ that seals in moisture with an advanced moisture-retaining film to improve moisture retention ability and reduce wrinkles.
Formulated with Japan's first active ingredient "Rice Power® No. 11+ (Plus)" to improve moisture and wrinkles. Care for deep-rooted dryness with a high water retention film. A non-sticky high water retention sealed balm that locks in moisture.
How to use
- Use in the morning and night after lotion as an emulsion, or at the end of your care routine. This product can also be used alone after cleansing the face.
*In the morning, use this product before UV-protecting cosmetics. - Apply a roughly pearl-sized drop of this product on your fingertip, and gently rub it into your skin.
- When applying makeup, use a slightly smaller amount.
